Today’s episode is a College Rivals Special.
For this special, two contestants (current students or alumni from “rival”
universities) are called down.
The rivals bid, as usual with the one not going over coming on-stage to play a
pricing game, as usual. However, the LOSING contestant (in the rivalry pairing)
has to go back to their seat.
If the on-stage contestant loses their pricing game, their rival (sent back to
their seat) wins $1,000.
In subsequent bidding/call-downs, the first name called gets the start the
bidding from the “winning spot.”
